Acrylic Paintings

Acrylic paint is considered a watermedia. Elsewhere on this web site you will find my other offerings in watermedia. The paintings on this page are painted entirely in the opaque method for acrylic paints on canvas grounds.  As such, these paintings are very similar to oil paintings, except acrylic paintings generally lack the tactile texture of oil paintings unless the canvas grounds are textured prior to painting.  From time to time, acrylic paintings using the transparent or translucent methods will be exhibited on the “Watermedia” page.
M. Graham acrylic paint used exclusively beginning May, 2007.
